Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh has said that congress party is weakening in the country because organizational elections of party have not been held for long. He was addressing party working committee meeting in Shimla on Thursday.<br/><br/>Emphasizing on direct elections in the organization, Mr Virbhadra Singh said that the elections should be held in the party as per schedule. He added that the elections made any party strong, as new leaders emerged and they also got sense of enthusiasm.
