Congress MP Deepender Singh Hooda today gave a privileged notice to the Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan for allegedly not inviting him at a programme in his Constituency in Haryana organised by the Union Health Ministry. During zero hour, the Speaker allowed Mr Hooda to raise the issue. However, the Speaker said, she has received the notice of the member and she will consider it.
