BJP says, congress is misusing CBI in the arrest of former Rajasthan Minister Rajendra Singh Rathore for his alleged involvement in the Dara Singh encounter case.

Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Party spokesperson, Nirmala Sitharaman said congress is using CBI to divert the attention of common people from the issue of corruption and bad governance.

She claimed that Rajasthan High Court's recent observation on the investigation agency is also an indiction in this regard.
