Congress may approach courts on Aadhar bill issue. Party spokesperson Abhishek Singhvi told media persons that the party reserve the right to take recourse to all available alternatives including a court challenge. <br/><br/>Mr. Singhvi said, by no stretch of imagination, the Aadhar bill is money bill. He said, Congress opposes bypassing of the Rajya Sabha by government.
