The Congress is holding deliberations among its leaders on the issue of caste – based census. Talking to the reporters in New Delhi today, party spokesperson, Mrs. Jayanthi Natrajan said the party will be able to arrive a consensus on the issue by the deadline of 8th of August 2010.
