Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Babulal Marandi on Wednesday exuded confidence that the Congress-JVM (Prajatantra) alliance will form the next government in the state. He told newsmen in Ranchi that the Congress-JVM-P will emerge as the single largest alliance, and it will be able to form the government. Ruling out support to BJP, Marandi said, his party has fought with the Congress and will stand by it.<br/><br/>Calling the results and trends in Jharkhand a victory of secular forces, RJD Chief Lalu Prasad indicated that he is ready to forge an alliance with Congress and JMM for forming a government in the state. Talking to reporters in Patna, he suggested that the leaders of secular alliances — Congress-JVM (P), RJD-LJP and JMM should sit together and explore installation of a secular government.
