The Congress today gave an adjournment motion notice in Lok Sabha over industrialist Vijay Mallya fleeing India despite the CBI issuing a lookout notice against him. The Congress accused the Central government of helping Mallya leave the country. Congress MP Ghulam Nabi Azad questioned the government on why Vijay Mallya was not arrested why his passport was not seized.<br/><br/>the Rajya sabha, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh too reiterated that Mallya should not have been allowed to leave the country. To this, finance minister Arun Jaitley said the CBI is probing the case and the banks will recover every penny from Mallya. He said, Mallya left India even before the banks moved the Supreme Court.
