The Congress has fielded the Union Minister of Science and Technology, Vilasrao Deshmukh and MOS Parliamentary affiars, Rajiv Shukla from Maharashtra for the the biennial polls to the Rajya Sabha. An AICC release said, Congress spokesperson Abishek Manu Singhvi and Narendra Bhutania are also in the fray for the biennial Rajya Sabha polls from Rajasthan.
