Congress has filed a complaint before Election Commission of India against BJP MP Subramanian Swamy and UP BJP President Keshav Prasad Maurya for allegedly violating Model Code of Conduct. <br/><br/>In its complaint, Congress said, the two BJP leader had made statements regarding construction of Ram Mandir if BJP wins assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. The party asked the Commission to take stern action against BJP and their leaders, as Supreme Court has clearly said that religion has no place in electoral process.
