Information and Broadcasting Minister Venkaiah Naidu has said Congress has been exposed for not participating in the debate on demonetization despite Prime Minister's presence in the Rajya Sabha. Mr Naidu told reporters outside Parliament that the opposition party is shying away from the debate and unnecessarily blaming the government. He said, government on its part has made it clear on several occasions that it is willing to have debate on any issue in both the Houses.
