The Congress on Sunday criticized the BJP's move for replacing its Chief Minister Sadanand Gowda in Karnataka and termed it as the victory of corruption. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, the party General Secretary B.K Hariprasad said that the change of guard is only a cosmetic change and it will not bring any substantial improvement in governance in the State.
