Union Minister Salman Khurshid's wife Louis Khurshid, UP Pradesh Congress Committee Chief Dr Rita Bahuguna Joshi and Congress Legislative Party Leader Pramod Tiwari are figuring in first list of 73 candidates announced by Congress for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. Louis Khurshid has been fielded from Farrukhabad Assembly Contituancy and Dr Joshi will contest for Lucknow Cantt Assembly seat. Pramod Tiwari will contest from Rampur Khas Assembly Constituancy. The list was finalised by the Central Election Committee of the Congress in New Delhi.
