A four-day conference on managing air transport growth in the Asia- Pacific Region through a collaborative approach to safety, security and sustainability, begins in New Delhi today. Directors-General of Civil Aviation of the Asia-Pacific Region from 45 countries and international organizations are expected to attend the conference. The Conference is likely to review and exchange information on matters of interests in civil aviation and enhance coordination of civil aviation activities in the region.
