<br/>In Uttar Pradesh, condition of Institutional Finance and Registration Minister Nand Gopal Gupta alias Nandi is stable who was injured in an explosion at Allahabad and under treatment at SGPGI, Lucknow. He has been kept at critical care unit. <br/><br/>Journalist Vijay Pratap Singh, who was injured in the attack, was shifted to a Delhi hospital on Tuesday night while the minister’s bodyguard, Sanjay, was moved to SGPGI, Lucknow. Condition of both the persons is serious. Earlier, one person was succumbed to his injuries.<br/><br/>AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that police has recovered a circuit board from the spot and confirmed that the bomb was triggered by a remote device. A Forensic Science Laboratory, Agra team collected samples and took away remains of the two-wheeler on which the bomb was kept. The chassis number of the vehicle was not immediately apparent. Police is still not confirmed that what type of explosive was used in the blast. Senior police officers have claimed that ammonium nitrate was not used and timer was also not found at the site. No arrest has been taken place yet in this connection. IG Police Allahabad Range has said that police is yet to find out the motive for the attack, or the persons involved.<br/> Additional Director General of Police, Law and Order, Brij Lal has said that a special team of STF and ATS officials have been set up to open the case and arrest culprits and IG and SSP, STF are camping at Allahabad. He said it was first incident of this type in the state. He has denied involvement of Maoists in the attack.
