<span style="color: #222222;">Minister of State for Information &amp; Broadcasting, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Dr L Murugan has said, concerted efforts would be taken by the Centre to find an amicable solution to the issue of the fishermen arrest. He reviewed the development programmes being undertaken by the two aspirational districts of Virudhunagar and Ramanathapuram in the state at Virudhunagar yesterday.<br />'' <br />''Later, talking to reporters, he said scientific measures would be taken to increase the fish catch within Indian territorial waters so that the fishermen need not go beyond the International Maritime Boundaries. He also said the Centre has allocated more funds to the state for development works. Dr Murugan thanked the Prime Minister for reducing the import duties on cotton to help the textiles industry.</span>
