CPI today demanded that the Government must pay compensation to the kin of those who died while standing in queues before ATMs and banks after demonetisation. <br/><br/>National Secretary of the party, K Narayana condemned the demonetisation move and alleged that the initiative could not bring to book those who held black money. <br/><br/>Speaking at a press conference in Puducherry, Narayana said that there were many other options available with Government to check black money. He said the party will hold country-wide agitation against demonetisation from January 3 for a week.
