All companies will now have to file their income tax return electronically with digital signature. Following amendment of Rules by the Centre Board of Direct Taxes, the return will have to be filed in form number ITR-6. All individuals and Hindu Undivided Families who are required to get their accounts audited under section 44AB of the Income Tax Act of 1961, will also have to file their return electronically with or without digital signature.
