The ruling Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre) has appealed the Samyukta Loktantrik Madhesi Morcha to resolve their issues through talks and consensus. <br/><br/>In a Central Office meeting of CPN (MC) held at Kathmandu today, party urged the alliance of seven Madhesi parties to participate in local elections. Party leaders also requested government to consistently hold talks with Madhesi leaders and create conducive atmosphere for the Morcha to take part in the elections.<br/>'<br/>Madhesi leaders had rejected new constitution amendment bill presented by the government on Tuesday and deiced to boycott local elections scheduled on May 14. <br/><br/>They termed new bill as insufficient to fulfil their demands. Morcha is demanding constitution amendment on various issues including re-demarcation of provincial boundaries, more representation, citizenship and language.
