After 11 days of thrilling sporting action, the Commonwealth Games will come to an end tonight in Birmingham with the closing ceremony. The Birmingham Games' closing ceremony will take place at the city's Alexander Stadium which also hosted the opening ceremony. The organisers have yet to reveal details about the closing ceremony. The CWG closing ceremony is set to begin after midnight tonight at 12.30 a.m. Indian time.
The Commonwealth Games closing ceremony will also include the passing of the Queen's baton to the city of Victoria in Australia, which will host the next Games in 2026. Before Victoria in 2026, the baton will travel through all 72 countries.
