The one-man inquiry committee, appointed to probe the recent Naxalite attack in Chhattisgarh which killed 76 security personnel, today submitted its report to Home Minister P Chidambaram.<br/><br/>Former chief of BSF, E N Rammohan submitted the report to Home Secretary Gopal K Pillai, who handed over it to the Home Minister. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent quoting sources reports, former BSF chief has suggested certain measures to mitigate lapses so that such incidents do not occur in the future.<br/><br/>The Home Minister is likely to submit the report to Parliament with an Action Taken Report.<br/>
