Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Chairman Prof. K. V. Thomas today said the Committee has not found anything in Commonwealth Games against the then Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh. Prof. Thomas told reporters in Parliament House today that the report on Commonwealth Games 2010 will be presented to Parliament tomorrow.<br/><br/>Mr Thomas is demitting office after three successive terms as PAC Chairman end of this month. On the question of calling a Cabinet minister before the PAC, he said the rules say the minister can be summoned before the committee if there is unanimity and Speaker allows it. <br/><br/>But there is also Speaker's direction that a minister cannot be summoned. Briefing media, Mr Thomas said the Committee had extensive deliberations on Bad Debts. Wilful Default by Borrowers on Public Institutions, review of monetary policy and recent developments in the telecom sector.
