The President has said India is making all out efforts to ensure each citizen in the country has access to good quality health services. Inaugurating a three-day International conference on Maternal, Newborn and Child Health in New Delhi today, Pratibha Devisingh Patil underlined the need for providing education saying that it will be main driver for achieving success in the health sector.Health and Family Welfare Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad said multiple set of factors such as poverty, low social development, weak health system, non-availability of required health personnel, poor infrastructure are some of the challenges that need to be address unrgently by making substantial investments, both human and financial.
