In Jammu & Kashmir, Commissioner Secretary Public Works Department, Khurshid Ahmad Shah, has asked concerned officers of the department to explore possibilities for adopting viable cold weather technology to tackle the issues hindering the pace of work during the winter season. He said this while reviewing the functioning of R&B department, in Srinagar today.<br />'' <br />'' He directed the officers to work with dedication to achieve tangible results on ground. Commissioner Secretary also took a detailed assessment of the physical and financial progress of various projects under NABARD, Central Road Fund (CRF) and other schemes.<br />''  <br />
