The Commerce Ministry will start its fourth review of the export sector from next month. A senior ministry official said in New Delhi today that the review exercise will be completed within a month. Following the review, the Ministry is likely to extend fiscal incentives to labour intensive sectors like textiles and handicrafts, to enhance their shipments. He said, genuine demands of exporters, especially in the labour intensive sector, may be considered.
