Colombo Test: India at 386 for 8 against Sri Lanka at Lunch

On the second day of the Colombo Test, India were batting at 386 for 8 , against Sri Lanka, at Lunch. India added 67 for the loss of 2 wickets this morning, with Wriddhiman Saha making his second fifty of the series. R Ashwin departed early, but Amit Mishra dug in to add 46 with Saha. Sri Lanka bowled well without luck, but India are within touching distance of 400. The visitors resumed at their first innings overnight score of 319 for 6. On the opening day, yesterday, Lokesh Rahul scored his second century while skipper Virat Kohli made 78 and Rohit Sharma 79. Earlier, after opting to bat first, Indian team had lost opener Murali Vijay and Ajinkya Rahane early on.This is the penultimate Test of the 3-match series and Sri Lanka leads the series 1-Nil. Veteran wicket keeper-batsman Kumara Sangakkara will retire from international cricket after this game.
