In Sri Lanka, Colombo Expats Cultural Association organised a celebration of Holi in Colombo today. The festival of colours was celebrated in association with Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre. Over 230 members of the Indian Expatriate Community participated in the event. A street play on the story of Holi was also performed by the members of the association.<br />'' <br />''To make the celebration traditional, gulal was specially brought from India. Several live stalls of Indian delicacies provided the flavour to match the festivities. Everyone joined in splashing colours on one another and exchanged greetings.<br />
