In Colombia, 10 people were killed when an Army helicopter crashed near Segovia in Antioquia province yesterday. <br/><br/>The military said in a statement that the Russian-made MI 17 helicopter, carrying eight army personnel and two civilians, crashed yesterday on route from Caucasia.<br/><br/>General Juan Trujillo, head of the Army's Aviation division, ruled out an attack as the cause of the crash. <br/><br/>He said troops were at the site working to recover the bodies of the victims.<br/><br/>
