College building, constructed with Indian aid, inaugurated in Kathmandu

<span style="color: #222222;">Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Manjeev Singh Puri, inaugurated a new building of Koteshwor Multiple Campus in Kathmandu today.<br />''<br />''It was constructed with the Government of India's grant assistance of 45.10 million Nepali rupees.<br />''<br />''Former Minister for Foreign Affairs of Nepal and Chairperson of College Management Committee Mahendra Bahadur Pandey, political and community leaders attended the inaugural ceremony.<br />''<br />''Koteshwor Multiple Campus, established in 1990, is a non-profitable non-governmental, service-oriented community college situated at Koteshwor in Kathmandu district.<br />''<br />''The Campus is affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU). It offers Management, Education and Humanities in Bachelor level and Management in the Masters Level. The Campus has over 3,700 students, about 60 per cent of whom are girls.<br />''<br />''The new three-storey building comprises 18 classrooms and separate sanitation facilities for boys and girls among other facilities. It is expected to boost the learning environment of students.<br />''<br />''Government of India is happy to be associated with the project which compliments the effort of the Government of Nepal in augmenting infrastructure in the field of education.</span><br />
