The Commerce and Industry Minister Anand Sharma on Friday said that collaboration with Asia-Pacific nations like Japan and the United States is necessary for long-term energy security and development of green and sustainable technology.

According to an official release, Sharma met with the delegates of the US and Japan on a trilateral dialogue in New Delhi. He said that collaboration in agro-processing, pharmaceuticals will be essential for the larger objective of ensuring global food security and health security.
