Delhi had the coldest day today in the last five years. According to Met office the maximum temperature was 12 degrees Celsius which is nine degrees below normal. A thick blanket of fog enveloped the city this morning reducing visibility to 50 meters which put life out of gear and disrupted air,train and bus services.<br/><br/>Weatherman predicts fogy conditions may prevail in the next two days. Over 50 flights were rescheduled or canceled apart from 26 trains. Our correspondent reports that buses and motor vehicles used head lights in view of the poor visibility during the day.
