Met department has issued alert for next two days. <br/><br/>Train and air services were hit due to dense fog. Railways has cancelled over one dozen trains and 26 trains passing through Bihar are running 15-20 hrs late.<br/><br/>In Rajasthan, despite an increase in minimum temperature, dense fog and cold have badly disrupted normal life. AIR correspondent reports that road, rail and air traffic are also affected by heavy fog.<br/><br/><br/>Foggy and cold conditions prevailed in the national Capital though the minimum temperature rose marginally. Delhi savoured a sun-washed afternoon which pushed the mercury to 20.7 degrees Celsius. The city had a low of 6.4 degrees Celsius. <br/>'<br/>Poor visibility affected the movement of trains. 50 of them were late, 16 rescheduled and 39 cancelled. <br/><br/>The weatherman has forecast a clear sky with moderate fog tomorrow morning and mist during daytime.<br/><br/><br/><br/>In Kashmir, the night temperature dropped across the Valley and Ladakh region. Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of minus 6C – a drop of nearly five degrees from yesterday's minus 1.2C. <br/><br/>A Met department official said it was the season's coldest night in Srinagar.<br/>'<br/>Kargil, in Ladakh region, was the coldest recorded place in the state as the mercury settled at a low of minus 18.8 C.<br/>
