The minimum was hovering between 16 and 14 degree Celsius last week. The Weatherman said there could be mist in the morning on Thursday. The all time record for the maximum temperature in November was recorded on the third of the month in 2001 when the mercury rose to 36.1 degrees Celsius. The record minimum temperature was 3.9 degrees on November 28, 1938.<br/><br/>
