Cold wave surrounds Delhi

Delhiites woke up to a chilly morning on Wednesday with the minimum temperature sharply declining to 10 degree Celsius, the lowest so far in November.<br/><br/>The maximum was recorded at 25.2 degree Celsius, which is two degrees below normal, while the minimum declined to 10.7 degree Celsius, which is normal at this time of the season.<br/><br/>This is the first time the minimum temperature in the city recorded below 12 degree Celsius this season. The minimum was hovering between 16 and 14 degree Celsius last week. The Weatherman said there could be mist in the morning on Thursday. The all time record for the maximum temperature in November was recorded on the third of the month in 2001 when the mercury rose to 36.1 degrees Celsius. The record minimum temperature was 3.9 degrees on November 28, 1938.<br/><br/>
