Cold wave in Ladakh has intensified in the past week. Constant overcast weather has forced the people to stay indoors. The bone biting cold weather has also disrupted the normal life in the region. AIR correspondent reports, severe cold weather has made the life of many people difficult as it has affected their daily chores and livelihood as well. The cold weather has forced the public to remain indoors. The water bodies and water supply lines to residential areas have frozen, affecting the supply of water. The minimum temperature in Leh town, has settled at minus 6.5 degree Celsius while the maximum temperature was recorded 0.5 Degree Celsius.
