The entire Kashmir Valley is in the grip of severe cold wave and minimum temperature has fallen below freezing point. AIR correspondent says that in Srinagar the temperature dipped to minus four. In Rajasthan, Mount Abu has recorded a temperature of 1.6 degree below freezing point and thin layer of snow was visible in open areas. In plain areas Churu was the coldest with 2.6 degree Celsius.
