The cold wave has further intensified in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh. Today, the evening temperature in the Air force area of Chandigarh was registered at 0.8 degree celsius, five degree below normal whereas in the Chandigarh city it was registered 2 degree below normal.In Haryana Ambala is cold at 3.9 degree Celsius down 2 degre below normal. During last 24 hours 7 people are killed in different accidents in Haryana because of reduced visibility in dense fog.
