The intensity of cold wave in the National capital, Delhi has increased with the night temperature coming to three degrees below the normal. The minimum temperature recorded today is five degree Celsius. AIR correspondent reports that the thick layer of fog engulfed Delhi Sunday evening putting the normal life out of gear. The foggy conditions have disrupted rail, road and air traffic. A number of domestic and international flights have been delayed besides about 70 trains running late.With the foggy conditions resulting in poor visibility, the road traffic has also been badly affected. Though the traffic on Delhi roads is thin, the buses and cars were operating their head lights even during day time. The bad news for travellers is that the foggy conditions are likely to continue on Monday, says the met office.
