In Haryana and Chandigarh the cold wave conditions have intensified. The dense fog prevailing in the state has affected the road as well as rail traffic. According to the Superintendent of  Ambala Railway Station, most of the trains are running late. Tta Nagar-Jammu Tawi Express, Tatanagar-Amritsar Jallianwala Bagh Express are running late by 6 hours while Himgiri Express and Jhelum Express are late by 2 hours.
