The extreme cold wave conditions continue to prevail in various parts of Nepal. In last one week at least 15 people have lost their lives. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that Tarai region is worst affected. Normal life has been badly affected in Tarai region. Rivers and water pipelines have been frozen in many hilly and mountainous areas.<br/><br/>The lowest temperature of minus 7.4 degree Celsius was recorded in Jumla.
