Cold wave and foggy conditions continue to prevail in northern parts of the country. <br/><br/>Talking to AIR, IMD scientist, Charan Singh said, similar weather condition will prevails in Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan during next 48 hours. <br/><br/>He said, the foggy condition will continue over Uttar Pradesh and Bihar and some places in Punjab, Haryana and West Bengal as the wind speed is slow.<br/>'<br/>In Delhi, the maximum temperature was recorded at 18.4 degree Celsius which was one degree below normal. <br/><br/>The minimum temperature settled at 7.4 degree Celsius. Temperatures at Leh, Kargil and Srinagar also saw a rise from the previous nights.<br/><br/>The MeT office has forecast light rains or snowfall at isolated places in the higher reaches of Kashmir but predicted the mainly dry weather for a few days from today.<br/><br/>
