Most areas of upper and middle hills of the state witnesses snowfall where as plain and low hills experienced rain.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Reports of fresh snowfall have been received from Kullu, Manali, Kinnaur and Lahaul Spiti. In State capital Shimla and its surrounding area Kufri, Naldehra and Narkanda also experienced snowfall.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In tribal district Lahaul Spiti and Kinnaur, Electricity supply has been snapped at many places due to heavy snow.
