In Uttarakhand, cold and foggy conditions have intensified in the state, affecting normal life at most places. According to reports snow fall occurred at higher riches of Pithouragarh District last night.AIR correspondent reports that normal life has been disrupted in the remote hilly areas due to cold conditions. The minimum temperature dropped to about four degrees Celsius at some places. Meanwhile fog threw rail and road traffic out of gear. Minimum temperature in Dehradun recorded around five degree Celsius, two degree below normal. As per officials trains are running behind schedule whereas Road traffic also hit due to fog in plain areas of the state. Weather experts said that sunny day conditions with cold mornings will prevail for next few days.
