Cold conditions intensified in N-India

Cold conditions have intensified in parts of north India and foggy conditions prevailed in Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab,<br/>Haryana and Uttarakhand.<br/> <br/>Most parts of Jammu and Kashmir continued to reel under intense cold as Leh and Kargil districts were freezing at minus 19 degrees Celsius. Day temperature dipped to minus 2 in Leh and minus 4 in Kargil. In Kashmir valley, the famous hill resort of Pahalgam was the coldest place with minus 7.6 degrees celcius. In the plains of Jammu, Samba and Kathua districts, the minimum temperature is ranging between one to five degree Celsius. <br/>
