A cold condition has gripped Uttarakhand, as the mercury dropping 2 to 3 degree Celsius at various places specially at night.AIR correspondent reports that normal life has been disrupted in the remote hilly areas. A Road transportation and train service has also been affected in the plain areas of the state.
