<span style="color: black;">The Confederation of Ex-Paramilitary Forces Welfare Association (COEMPFWA) has appealed for establishment of a Paramilitary Welfare Board and CGHS dispensary in Leh. The Confederation is an umbrella organization of CRPF, BSF, ITBP, SSB, CISF and Assam Rifles with 20 lakh members including eight lakh retirees.</span><br />'' <span style="color: black;"><br />''After meeting Ladakh Lieutenant Governor RK Mathur, the Confederation General Secretary Ranbir Singh and Madhya Pradesh unit State President Jayendra Singh Rana spoke to the media in Leh today.</span><br />'' <span style="color: black;"><br />''Ranbir Singh said that after becoming Union Territory, it is high time to establish a Paramilitary Welfare Board in Ladakh. He said, the Board helps serving, retired and martyred families in pensions, relocation, residential and other welfare activities.</span><br />'' <span style="color: black;"><br />''He also emphasized the need of having Central Government Health Service (CGHS) facility for both serving and retired forces in Ladakh. Jayendra Rana appealed for a universal help package for martyred personnel of paramilitary forces.</span><br />'' <span style="color: black;"><br />''The Confederation thanked the Lieutenant Governor for a positive response on the key issues.</span>
