Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar today said the Coast Guard needs to focus on facilitating greater role of women in the organisation. <br/><br/>Addressing an investiture ceremony after giving away Gallantry Awards to Coast Guard personnel in New Delhi, Mr Parrikar said Coast Guard is an emerging organisation, which will reach new heights in the near future. He said its expansion will be of paramount importance for all wings of the Armed forces.
