Coalition to form Govt in Germany

Four weeks after federal election in Germany, the newly elected coalition is set to form government today after adopting a common programme in a meeting aimed at guiding the country out of its worst recession since World War II. The Christan Democrats of the Chancellor Angela Merkel are reported have agreed with the free democrats on a package of tax cuts totalling thirtysix billion dollars.
