A special Delhi court today held former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda guilty of corruption, other offences in coal scam case. Former coal secretary H C Gupta and two others have also been convicted. The court however acquitted four persons in the case which relates to alleged irregularities in the allocation of the Rajhara North coal block in Jharkhand to Kolkata-based Vini Iron and Steel Udyog Limited (VISUL).
