The CBI has registered a fresh case against a Delhi-based company for alleged misrepresentation of facts while applying for coal mines.

The agency also carried out searches at 10 locations across the country including Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Narwana and Raipur.

CBI spokesperson said that Certain incriminating documents were recovered during the searches.
