The coal mines have been selected considering the varied demands of the investors. These mines are estimated to generate revenue of around 33 thousand 200 crore rupees and to provide employment to about three lakhs persons. The first ever tranche of Commercial Coal Mine Auctions was launched by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in June, 2020 with a vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat. </span><br />
