<span style="color: #222222;">Union Coal and Mines Minister Pralhad Joshi has stressed on better co-ordination between the Centre and state mines departments. The Union Minister held a review meeting with senior officials of the Ministry of Mines and the Odisha Mines department in capital Bhubaneswar today. While reviewing the progress made in the auction of mineral blocks in Odisha, the Minister directed to expedite the auction process.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Odisha government has demanded at least 60 percent share on the Clean Energy Cess collected from Odisha. Raising the issue during his meeting with Union Coal and Mines Minister Pralhad Joshi, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said that last year alone Odisha has contributed to about 25 % of the country's coal production out of which the Centre has collected more than 50 thousand crore rupees as Clean Energy Cess. The Chief Minister said that the 60 % share on the Cess will enable the state to utilize the amount for the economic development of the coal mining areas in the state. During the discussion, the Chief minister also drew the attention of the Union Minister Mr. Joshi for the establishment of AIIMS at Sundergarh , a tribal dominated district of the state. Union Minister of State for Coal and Mines Raosaheb Patil Danve was also present in the meeting.</span>
